The parade will march into position at 10:40am and those wishing to attend are advised to be in place before that time. Huntingdon: The service in Market Square is planned in conjunction with RAF Wyton and the RAF Wyton Area Voluntary Band. Then, there will be a service at the church starting at 10:55am. Histon: A 9:30am Remembrance ceremony at the war memorial, followed by refreshments at Histon Baptist Church at 10am. Hauxton: A 2pm service in St Edmund's Church, followed by an act of remembrance at the war memorial. Harston: At 3pm there will be an act of remembrance at the war memorial, followed by a service in All Saints' Church.Girton: A service will take place at St Andrew's Church between 10:45am and 11:30am.Fulbourn: There will be a service at St Vigor's Church, starting at 10:00am.It will be followed by a service at Ely Cathedral at 10:30am to "honour those who gave their lives for the freedom of others". Ely: A short march will set off from the Porta Gate at 10:00am.The Royal Anglian Regiment will hold a service followed by a Spitfire and N3200 flypast and a poppy drop over the airfield. There will be displays in the hangars and exhibition spaces to "explore over a century of history relating to war and conflict". Duxford: The Imperial War Museum at Duxford will have an event to mark Remembrance Sunday.A service at the War Memorial will begin at 10:55am, led by the ministers of the churches in Cottenham. Cottenham: A parade will leave the Cambridge Building Society car park at approximately 10:45am.This year there will be no service at the memorial at 11am. The National Service of Remembrance takes place at the Cenotaph in Whitehall, London. The charity says that in 2022 "we are remembering and commemorating military and civilian service". According to the Royal British Legion, Remembrance Sunday is a "national opportunity to remember the service and sacrifice of all those that have defended our freedoms and protected our way of life". Remembrance Sunday takes place on the second Sunday in November each year. Parades, church services and wreath-laying events are scheduled across the county to remember those who have fallen.
